We return for our special sewing weekend this SPRING! It's a big and bold craft camp for adults and I'm beyonnnnddd excited to host you.

Friday afternoon - Sunday afternoon (extended stay this time)

TOTAL INVESTMENT: $380 (This listing is for a nonrefundable deposit only, securing your spot, remaining payment due before end of September).

Have you too been daydreaming of a whole weekend dedicated to indulging your creativity?

To stretch out your sewing projects without the kids or the cat in the mix?

To leave your sewing bits & bobbins out and walk away to a table full of delicious kai prepared for you?

To sew and yap, sit back and unpick in the sun and yap some more?

To be uplifted and inspired by the people and projects around you?

That's us making creative plans, making creative pals, and reconnecting to our creative selves on this weekend together :-)

The Camp:

Accomodation will be approx 2 people per room (there are 4 sets of big wooden bunks and a single bed in most dorms). If you're a group of 4 you can bunk together. BYO sleeping bag, or lush linens, up to you.

There's a classic camp dining room, lounging rooms, giant rec room for our sewing, gardens, lawn, gardens to wander, and stunning Waihi beach across the road.

Food is all provided for you. 2 dinners, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts & sewing room snacks. All kai will be vegetarian and we welcome any further dietary requirements/allergies. BYO alcohol if you wish to accompany your meals or late night sewing fun.

Optional extras available for you:

1. A trip to the local opshop Saturday morning.

2. Beach walk and #take3forthesea plastic pickup.

3. Chair yoga & massage balls to relieve any specific sewing posture pains

4. Photoshoot of you in your makes.

Yay for the Sewing Weekender!
Love that Sarah hosts these events,. The only time I know for sure when I'll complete projects, learn new skills and have a break away.
The atmosphere is fun, friendly and go at your own pace. Bonus, is the interesting peeps you meet, and yummy vegetarian kai. I hope to make others.

Absolutely loved the weekend connecting, creating and being inspired by an epic group of wahine. I came away with so many new skills and ideas and had so much fun along the way.
